Physical Security Project Manager - Remote

In Short

• Support security design and installation projects throughout North America.
• Manage all aspects of the project from initial engagement through project completion.
• Identify project schedule, scope parameters, and oversee security design and implementation.
• Prepare, issue, and manage Request for Proposal (RFP) documents.
• Perform security site evaluations and review proposed design concepts.
• Accountable for keeping clients informed of project status.
• Serve as a primary security point of contact for project teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct on-site inspections during construction and installation.
• Manage project lessons learned and contractor performance evaluations.
• Produce project status and issues reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Working familiarity with low voltage and physical security technology.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Proficiency in Studio and Bluebeam is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to identify critical path activities and prioritize tasks.
