Overview

As a BIM & Mapping Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our security systems infrastructure by ensuring accurate and standards-compliant documentation and integration. This role is essential in maintaining the quality, accuracy, and usability of security record drawings, CAD content, and LenelS2 map integrations.

In Short

  • Review security record drawings to ensure they align with client standards.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks on record documents.
  • Support the integration of record documents into a master archive.
  • Generate drawings and images for LenelS2 map integration.
  • Create and maintain Gap Reports for device placement issues.
  • Deliver frontline technical support focused on map integration.
  • Collaborate with BIM Lead on projects from design to closeout.
  • Maintain complete and orderly project files and documentation.
  • Work in a remote-first environment based in the United States.
  • Must have a quiet workspace and access to high-speed internet.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of AutoCAD and/or Revit experience required.
  • Associate degree, Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit or relevant experience.
  • Electronic security experience with vendor-specific knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LenelS2 OnGuard access control/mapping is desirable.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a curiosity for new technologies.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance workloads effectively.
