Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1-year minimum experience in customer support or billing support.
  • Experience in Medical Billing or the Healthcare industry.
  • Understanding of medical billing workflows and insurance claims.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and denial management.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and data security best practices.
  • Ability to navigate and troubleshoot SaaS-based platforms.
  • Analytics skills to diagnose billing-related issues.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
