Overview

Tebra is seeking a top-tier Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive the strategy for Tebra’s partner programs and manage day-to-day operations and partner relationships.

In Short

  • Develop and execute strategic programs and co-marketing campaigns with key partners.
  • Create go-to-market strategies that enhance brand visibility and partner engagement.
  • Manage the partner portal and ensure partners are enabled on Tebra products.
  • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, including email marketing and webinars.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with partner stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Manage partner enablement resources and lifecycle touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or alliance management.
  • Expertise in co-marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
