Overview

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager oversees Shero’s partner-driven marketing engine, designing, executing, and scaling co-marketing programs that generate qualified leads, increase visibility, and activate Shopify and e-commerce technology partners.

• Build and execute Shero’s global partner marketing strategy.
• Leverage existing Shopify app partner network for immediate marketing opportunities.
• Identify and onboard new partners for co-marketing potential.
• Develop a tiered partner marketing framework.
• Own the partner marketing calendar for campaigns and events.
• Manage MDF and partner budgets for co-marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams.
• Plan and optimize co-marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Create partner-facing marketing assets and resources.
• Train internal teams on partner offerings and co-marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in partner and channel marketing within eCommerce or SaaS.
• Expertise in executing end-to-end partner co-marketing campaigns.
• Data-driven approach to measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Strong relationship-building skills with tech partners.
• CRM and marketing attribution experience (HubSpot preferred).
• Familiarity with eCommerce tech stack (Shopify, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Confident in presenting at events.
• Willingness to travel for partner events.
