Overview

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager at Deel will own the strategy, creation, and execution of scalable partner marketing campaigns that drive awareness, enablement, and co-sell activation across Deel’s partner ecosystem.

• Design and execute repeatable marketing campaigns across the partner lifecycle.
• Build localized campaigns-in-a-box for Partner Managers.
• Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely execution.
• Develop campaign assets like landing pages and promotional content.
• Collaborate with partner managers to drive top-of-funnel activity.
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on results.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Define and track campaign KPIs for measurement.
• Iterate on playbooks based on feedback from partners.
• Support a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing in SaaS.
• Ability to execute integrated partner campaigns globally.
• Strong cross-functional relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing tools.
• Experience with EMEA & APAC regions is a plus.
• Proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
