Overview

Conga is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our Global Partner Marketing team. In this key role, you’ll define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies with our largest global partners and key regional partners.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of partner marketing experience in B2B SaaS/software.
• Proven campaign execution experience.
• Deep understanding of partner channel models and GTM strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and Wrike.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent program/project management skills.
• Analytical mindset for optimizing strategies.
• Ability to work with senior executives.
