Requirements

  • 3+ years in a senior role managing projects or teams.
  • Experience designing partner recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and outcome-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with PRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for clear communication.
  • Growth mindset with an ability to work in ambiguity.
  • Confident communicator with executive presence.
  • Bonus points for relationships in MarTech or customer engagement.
  • Experience with AI/ML partnerships is a plus.
