Overview

The HR Analyst will play a role in optimizing our HR processes and data-driven decision-making. This individual will act as a subject matter expert and be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data, providing actionable insights, and supporting various HR initiatives and processes.

  • Collaborate with teams to implement process enhancements.
  • Create and maintain documentation to support knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure data integrity within HR systems through audits.
  • Support Workday business processes and integrations.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports to HR leadership.
  • Assist in ensuring HR data compliance with regulations.
  • Support cross-functional projects with analytical insights.
  • Manage HRIS projects end-to-end.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Workday administration experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Workday Report Writer and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools is desirable.
