Overview

As a Human Resources Analyst at EX Squared LATAM, you will support the daily operations of our People team, helping to shape employee experiences in a dynamic and multicultural organization.

In Short

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics.
• Manage user accounts in various platforms.
• Monitor and track license usage across HR tools.
• Handle employee queries via shared inboxes.
• Support cultural activities and wellness programs.
• Assist with monthly tracking reports for billing.
• Contribute to internal announcements and recognition campaigns.
• Manage candidate interactions on LinkedIn.
• Collaborate on wellbeing and social impact initiatives.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in HR coordination or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with HR tools like BambooHR, Deel, or Udemy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1).
• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Graphic design or content creation experience is a plus.
