Lead Full-Stack Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Lead Full-Stack Engineer, you will guide the technical direction of a multi-application platform while mentoring senior engineers and driving high-quality execution across frontend and backend.

• Design and implement full-stack solutions using React, TypeScript, and Python
• Build and maintain scalable APIs and data models using SQL and ORM tools

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
• At least 2 years in a technical leadership role
• Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
• Strong proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or similar)
• Experience with SQL databases, ORM tools, and GraphQL
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and deployment strategies
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical teams
• Comfortable working in Mac or Linux environments
• Availability to collaborate during core hours (EST)
