Overview

The Security team oversees Fever’s security operations, ensuring there are no breaches or vulnerabilities threatening the company or its employees. As a Physical Security Manager, you will be responsible for implementing security measures at events and corporate premises.

• Develop and implement access control systems and surveillance services globally.
• Write and develop detailed Physical Security design requirements and standards.
• Provide technical support for physical security systems.
• Define and maintain security controls and assess their effectiveness.
• Oversee performance of security guard services globally.

• Create and supervise a physical security team.

Requirements

• Experience in corporate security management.
• Knowledge of electronic and physical security systems.
• Completion of a Security Director Course by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior.
• Experience in writing design specifications and training programs.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Security, Criminology, or related fields.
