Security Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Security Manager, you are the key person in your department, responsible for managing operational, administrative, commercial, HR, and financial processes in line with company policy and the strategic vision of the Area Manager.

In Short

• Coordinate and control operational, administrative, commercial, HR, and financial processes.
• Manage the budget and ensure P&L objectives are met.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships, including contract renewals and pricing adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, operational schedules, and cost efficiency.
• Manage personnel: planning, retention, evaluation, development, and motivation of your team.
• Maintain good relations with social partners and union representatives.
• Ensure quality and effective billing management.

Requirements

• Holder of a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in the security sector is an asset.
• Excellent command of French and English.
• Leadership spirit with a practical and pragmatic approach.
• Proficient in staff planning, billing, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communicator with a strong customer service orientation.
• Key qualities: autonomy, customer orientation, team spirit, integrity, goal orientation, flexibility, and empathy.
