Overview

The Total Rewards Specialist supports the administration and coordination of compensation, benefits, and incentive programs within the HR Operations Center of Excellence (COE). This role focuses on ensuring total rewards programs are administered accurately, consistently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

In Short

  • Administer salary structures and compensation data tracking.
  • Manage annual merit increase and incentive program processes.
  • Administer health, welfare, retirement, and 401(k) programs.
  • Coordinate open enrollment activities.
  • Respond to employee questions related to compensation and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate compensation and benefits data within HR systems.
  • Support compliance requirements related to benefits and compensation.
  • Provide cross-functional backup support within HR Operations.
  • Conduct periodic data audits across systems.
  • Work in a remote environment with virtual collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience in compensation administration and benefits management.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS and payroll coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills for employee support.
  • Ability to maintain compliance documentation.
  • Willingness to learn and support additional HR areas.
