Overview

We are looking for an experienced Professional Services Operations Manager to join our growing global Professional Services team. A Workato Operations Manager is essential to the growth of our business and plays an integral role in helping our organization scale.

In Short

• Act as business partner and process improvement leader for the Professional Services organization.
• Serve as the Professional Services Automation (PSA) system administrator.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the PSA system (Certinia/FinancialForce).
• Implement new workflows and process improvements.
• Provide thought leadership via dashboards and reporting.
• Own all Professional Services reporting and data analysis tools.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Conduct audits of Salesforce data for operational excellence.
• Assist with professional services forecasting and planning.
• Oversee monthly billing and revenue recognition reviews.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience with professional services resource management.
• 3+ years as a system administrator for a PSA system.
• Experience with Certinia and Salesforce preferred.
• Proven track record of creating reports and dashboards.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work in US time-zones.
