Overview

We are looking for a Professional Services Strategy & Operations Program Manager to join our team at Moveworks. This role will be pivotal in maturing our Professional Services organization in order to drive operational excellence for our implementation, technical services, and support teams.

In Short

• Build staffing models for Implementation and Technical Services teams.
• Manage SOW creation and billing operations.
• Drive process automation and operational improvements.
• Analyze delivery metrics and customer sentiment.
• Own tooling and customer portal management.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Professional Services or Customer Success operations.
• Proven track record in program management.
• Experience with Salesforce and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for customer success and operational excellence.
