Overview

Moveworks is seeking a Presales Solutions Engineer to join our Sales team.

In Short

  • Act as a product champion for Moveworks’ technology.
  • Demonstrate the value of the Moveworks platform through customized product demonstrations.
  • Partner with customers to document their requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations that engage the audience.
  • Lead hands-on Technical Workshops on various topics.
  • Define and capture customer success criteria for Proof-of-Concepts.
  • Work with prospects to understand their technology stack.
  • Document customer requirements for hand-off to post-sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to drive deal strategy.
  • Continuously improve processes for presentations and demos.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales technical roles.
  • Understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with RPA, IPaaS, low-code/no-code tools is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to various audiences.
  • Adaptive and flexible with critical thinking skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to improve processes.
  • Willingness to travel ~25% for events and meetings.
