In Short

• Design and implement scalable operational processes for partner onboarding.
• Create and maintain documentation for partner operational procedures.
• Administer partner access to internal systems while ensuring security protocols.
• Coordinate with IT and Security teams for partner system access.
• Prepare regular reports on partner operational health and performance.
• Oversee partner financial operations including invoicing and payment processing.
• Develop and maintain partner relationships and contractual agreements.
• Track partner delivery metrics and financial performance.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or similar role.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations or similar role expertise in subcontractors or vendor management a plus.
• Background in financial operations, contract management, or accounting.
• Proven track record in managing complex operational processes.
• Experience with professional services delivery models a plus.
• Demonstrated success in process improvement and automation.
• Strong financial and accounting basics with keen analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
