Overview

Our award-winning Professional Services team is on the hunt for a Project Manager to join our growing team. As a Project Manager at Seismic, you will be a pivotal member of our professional services team, overseeing enterprise-level SaaS customer engagements. Your role involves ensuring successful software implementations by leveraging your extensive experience in enterprise professional services and project management. Key skills include strong communication, relationship building, conflict management, and a customer-focused approach. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, maintaining positive client relationships, and driving project success and outcomes to deliver exceptional service and value to our enterprise clients.

In Short

  • 3-5+ years in professional services, management consulting, customer success, business analysis, or other client-facing roles.
  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers.
  • Knowledge of FinancialForce and Atlassian products preferred.
  • PMP certification or ScrumMaster is a plus.
  • Fluency with the German language is a plus.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5-10% for customer onsite visits.

  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules.

  • Identify and mitigate implementation risks.
  • Nurture positive relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Conduct evaluations of deliverables and develop action plans.
  • Coach and mentor project team members.
