Overview

Our award-winning Professional Services team is on the hunt for a Project Manager in our Commercial segment to join our growing team. As a Project Manager at Seismic, you will be a pivotal member of our professional services team, overseeing both commercial and enterprise-level SaaS customer engagements. Your role involves ensuring successful software implementations by leveraging your extensive experience in enterprise professional services and project management. Key skills include strong communication, relationship building, conflict management, and a customer-focused approach. You will be responsible for managing complex projects, maintaining positive client relationships, and driving project success and outcomes to deliver exceptional service and value to our enterprise clients. 

In Short

• Independently manage a dynamic book of business focused on commercial customer engagements.
• Execute implementation projects by partnering with executive-level project sponsors.
• Drive customer engagement efforts and deliver high-impact engagements.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.
• Track engagement scopes and manage scope changes.
• Create weekly status reports and communication plans for stakeholders.
• Identify implementation risks and mitigate them efficiently.
• Establish positive relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor project team members.
• Participate in establishing practices and tools to expand the team's capabilities.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in professional services or client-facing roles.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Confidence in communicating with business and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with complex, multi-divisional customers.
• Ability to understand and document business requirements.
• Passion for becoming an expert on products.
• Willingness to travel up to 5-10% for customer visits.
• Knowledge of FinancialForce and Atlassian products preferred.
• PMP certification or ScrumMaster is a plus.
