Overview

As a GuidePoint Security Project Manager, you are managing a unique portfolio of security focused Professional Services engagements which directly contribute to our client’s goals and success.

In Short

• Efficient management of Professional Services projects through the full engagement lifecycle.
• Ensure regular and timely communications to all key stakeholders.
• Manage project issues and risks to resolution.
• Maintain internal and external customer relationships.
• Plan and manage resources to meet project scope and budget expectations.
• Maintain the OpenAir PSA application for project data.
• Provide Project Management services in a professional service capacity.
• Adhere to GuidePoint Security Core Values.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Evening and weekend hours may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
• Proficient in Jira, OpenAir, and Salesforce.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Understanding of information security terms and disciplines.
