Fund Origination - Assistant Vice President - Remote

Overview

iCapital is looking to hire a Fund Origination Assistant Vice President to support its growing alternative investments feeder fund business, focusing on new product development and fund lifecycle management.

In Short

• Support onboarding of new funds and ensure successful completion.
• Prepare fund marketing materials and updates.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams for approvals.
• Assist in preparation for new fund approvals and launches.
• Prepare project progress notes.
• Update fund governance details regularly.
• Assist in ad hoc fund launch activities.
• Work with wealth management clients and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of product structuring experience.
• Experience in alternative investments and fund structures.
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
