Assistant Vice President - Research and Education - Remote

Overview

iCapital is looking for an Assistant Vice President to join its growing Research and Education team. The role will focus on conducting due diligence on Private Capital funds and authoring thorough due diligence reports that are offered to our clients. This individual should have a strong knowledge of industry trends in private equity, private credit, and/or real estate and real assets.

In Short

• Help maintain a pipeline of investment ideas that are in market or coming to market over a 12-month period.
• Participate in investment and operational due diligence on private capital managers.
• Prepare clear and comprehensive due diligence reports on managers.
• Source new managers and perform initial screening.
• Monitor and maintain coverage of select managers and funds.
• Prepare marketing and education materials for clients.
• Support all aspects of iCapital’s fund launch process.
• Assist in developing a marketing plan for new product launches.
• Assist with the planning and execution of roadshows and conferences.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of total experience in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a similar field.
• Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Progressing or interest in pursuing a CFA is a plus.

• Base salary range of $120,000 to $160,000.
