Assistant Vice President - Fund Origination - Remote

Overview

iCapital is seeking a talented and driven Fund Origination professional to support its growing registered and direct fund business. This role will focus on manager onboarding and fund lifecycle management, primarily for products created by third-party alternative asset managers.

In Short

• Lead new registered and direct onboarding projects.
• Collaborate with key clients including asset managers and wealth managers.
• Drive prioritization and support building procedures within the iCapital ecosystem.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert on the platform.
• Leverage experience to help shape iCapital’s service offering.
• Prepare and present new funds to decision-making groups.
• Assist in various ad hoc fund launch activities.
• Help drive the rollout of new platform functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management and/or development experience.
• Experience in alternative investments with a focus on various fund structures.
• Positive attitude and desire to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter accustomed to project work.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

• Base salary range of $100,000 to $150,000.
