Learning & Development Program Manager - Remote

Overview

RVO Health is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Program Manager to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of impactful learning programs. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of learning initiatives, instructional design, and LMS administration to drive employee growth and performance.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end learning program management, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, and program management.
• Strong background in instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering ILT, VILT, and blended learning solutions.
• LMS administration experience (Docebo preferred), including course setup, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple learning initiatives.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills to deliver engaging training experiences.
• Ability to analyze learning data and drive continuous program improvement.
