  • Experience in program management and curriculum design.

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Knowledge of L&D best practices.
  • Based in the CET time zone (+/- 1 hour).
