Senior Security Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Security Engineer at EFG, you will be instrumental in advancing the company’s information security by developing and implementing security tools, platforms, procedures, and best practices.

In Short

• Leverage a broad understanding of Security to define and roll out new protections for the Digital Platform.
• Collaborate with teams to improve overall security posture and articulate the business value of Security investments.
• Lead the incident response process for significant security events.
• Implement security controls in Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services.
• Develop security measures for cloud infrastructure against threats.
• Champion DevSecOps practices by integrating security measures into CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve application security practices across the development lifecycle.
• Interact with the external Security community to keep the platform secure.
• Conduct Security Assurance testing to identify vulnerabilities.
• Manage response to ongoing threats and assist with Audit and Compliance assessments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security engineering and incident response.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (GCP and AWS).
• Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to conduct threat impact analysis and vulnerability assessments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
