Overview

The Learning Manager will create high-quality learning experiences for young people to develop their digital making skills, working within the Code Club Projects team.

In Short

• Develop educational content based on evidence-based pedagogy.
• Create resources and training materials for volunteers.
• Maintain and update content based on community feedback.

• Engage with clubs and volunteers for feedback and marketing.
• Represent the Foundation at events and through writing.

Requirements

• Experience in developing digital making learning experiences.
• Proficiency in programming and physical computing.
• Strong communication skills in written English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.
• Teaching qualification or relevant experience.
• Understanding of digital content production processes.
• Experience in remote working and collaborative tools.
