As a Learning & Growth Manager at Pleo, you will be responsible for aligning the learning strategy with business needs, ensuring that learning opportunities are accessible and valuable for employees.

• Co-create and execute Pleo’s learning and development strategy.
• Design and facilitate impactful learning programs for individuals and managers.

• Continuously assess the impact and quality of learning programs.
• Partner with external providers to enhance the learning portfolio.
• Design frameworks for growth conversations and career plans.
• Create structured career frameworks for managerial and specialist tracks.

• Ability to translate strategy into actionable L&D initiatives.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills.
