Overview

We are looking for an experienced, mid-level User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our team creating innovative products that deliver lasting value to young people and educators worldwide.

In Short

• Contribute to the creation and ongoing development of user personas and archetypes.
• Plan and conduct qualitative, moderated interviews with a range of users.
• Carry out unmoderated research, desk research, and analysis of quantitative data.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure targeted research.
• Advocate for a user-centered approach in product design.
• Communicate research findings and insights through engaging reports.
• Share knowledge and promote best practices in user experience research.

Requirements

• Experience as a professional digital User Experience Researcher.
• Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for sharing findings.
• Understanding of product design processes.
• Experience or interest in research with young people.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing user personas and related artefacts.
• Familiarity with analytics tools.
• Interest in education and engaging experiences for young people.
