• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable insights
• Develop scalable frameworks for understanding user needs and behaviors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Align qualitative research with behavioral analytics
• Maintain a repository of user insights
• Advocate for user-centered product development
• Guide and mentor product team members on UX research best practices
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and methodologies
• Measure and quantify the ROI of research efforts

Requirements

• 5+ years of user research experience
• Experience leading UX research for B2C products
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Ability to synthesize findings into actionable recommendations
• Strong collaboration and storytelling skills
