The Finance Systems and AI Enablement Manager at Rula is a unique opportunity to shape how a modern, mission-driven healthcare company runs its financial operations. You will own and optimize our financial planning system, Pigment, while leading the adoption of AI across the Finance organization and helping the team work smarter, faster, and more effectively.

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, or Finance Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Pigment.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Experience in improving finance workflows through automation.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
