  • Seeking a Sr. Healthcare Partnerships Associate for a remote-first company.
  • Responsible for the growth of sold providers and patient demand in your territory.
  • High-velocity sales position requiring in-field presence at least three days a week.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including outbound sourcing and closing providers.
  • Must reside in the South Florida area for local travel requirements.
  • Base salary plus uncapped variable pay directly tied to performance.
  • 3+ years in outbound sales/business development preferred.
  • Strong communication skills needed for engaging with providers and practice staff.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales/business development (healthcare preferred).
  • 2+ years self-sourcing pipeline through outbound channels.
  • Ability to run full-cycle deals independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing customer relationships in a CRM.
  • Must reside in the South Florida area.
  • Ability to be in the field at least 3 days per week.
