The Manager, Systems Analysis is a key IT leadership position responsible for leading a team of Systems Analysts to deliver technology solutions that enhance business operations and member service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
  • 5 years of leadership experience in IT.
  • 10 years of Systems Analyst experience in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and various applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
