In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts.
• Collaborate with GTM, Product, Finance, Legal, and HR functions.
• Manage the end-to-end business systems project lifecycle.
• Ensure comprehensive requirements are documented.
• Perform project/program management within a Kanban framework.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Foster strong partnerships across business and technical teams.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions.
• Drive project intake process and improve lead time metrics.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a SaaS company.
• 2+ years in a leadership role coaching team members.
• Extensive experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency with project management tools, especially Jira.
• Strong technical aptitude with Salesforce and other business systems.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
