Overview

The Deposit Administration Mail and ATM Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to back office processes, ensuring exceptional member relations and fraud prevention.

In Short

  • Provide support for mail in deposits and smart ATM processes.
  • Batch checks and balance general ledgers.
  • Communicate with accounting and finance departments.
  • Handle member inquiries and issues effectively.
  • Adhere to security procedures in all transactions.
  • Review and process mailed in deposits and loan payments.
  • Research checks needing adjustments and notify departments.
  • Complete Verification of Deposit requests for various entities.
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Maintain a positive teamwork environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of credit union operations and financial products.
  • Basic arithmetic and PC skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a goal-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • Strong commitment to excellent member service.
