Manager, HCM Systems - Remote

Overview

The Manager, HCM Systems will oversee the configuration and maintenance of systems supporting payroll, time, and absence management in a global context, collaborating with HR and IT.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM.
• Experience with Workday EIBs and advanced reporting.
• Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to drive closure on complex issues.
