Anrok is seeking a GTM Systems Manager to empower our rapidly growing GTM team with best-in-class tools, systems, and processes, while administering and scaling our GTM technology stack.
In Short
Own and administer our core GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper).
Partner with GTM leadership to enhance sales efficiency through tooling and technology.
Design and implement improvements to critical sales workflows.
Own elements of our quote-to-cash process, including automation of pricing and discounting approvals.
Ensure data quality and security across GTM tools and systems.
Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies.
Requirements
4+ years of SaaS Revenue and/or Sales Operations experience focused on GTM systems.
Strong foundation in modern GTM software, particularly Salesforce.
Track record of transforming inefficient sales processes into efficient workflows.
Experience managing end-to-end system implementations.
Ability to triage feedback from sales and GTM teams.
Enthusiasm for automating manual tasks, with bonus points for AI experience.
