Lead Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As the Lead Product Designer, you will lay the foundation for user patterns that can be used across the application and design new product features end-to-end. You’ll be working closely with engineering and product to craft designs that balance user needs with the iterative development process.

In Short

• Serve as a leading member of the design function at Anrok.
• Be the bridge between engineering, customer support, and product.
• Craft everything from MVP to fully fledged mocks in Figma.
• Distill complex invoicing and payment flows into usable design.
• Run interviews with customers and translate user feedback into elegant solutions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and have designed zero-to-one products.
• Communicate clearly and concisely.
• 5+ years of experience in product design.

Requirements

• Understanding of the customer and problem space.
• Ability to translate learnings into solid action plans.
• Opinionated yet diplomatic when working with stakeholders.
• Experience in product design and collaboration.
