Lead Product Designer - Remote

In Short

• Lead the design of customer-facing experiences for a sustainable grocery shopping platform.
• Work collaboratively with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Manage the design system for a multi-brand experience.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions.
• Utilize A/B testing to validate design hypotheses.
• Deliver projects through the entire product development lifecycle.
• Interface closely with engineering teams on design specifications.
• Present design concepts and findings to larger audiences.
• Foster a user-centered design approach.
• Contribute to a mission-driven team focused on food access.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer.
• Proven track record in customer-facing product design.
• Strong knowledge of design systems and UI best practices.
• Experience with mobile and desktop web design.
• Familiarity with Figma and design research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Passion for food access and sustainability is a plus.
