Overview

Tide is seeking an exceptional Lead Product Designer to join our team Experience Foundations, focused on evolving our global platform's end-to-end user experiences to drive greater member value and a clear differentiated experience.

In Short

• Responsible for Product Design of the only product horizontal that supports all speedboats.
• Work with a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers.
• Prove the value and impact of design work in a fast-paced organization.
• Reimagine experiences and build best-in-class designs.
• Create thoughtful and high-quality design artifacts for various stages of the design process.
• Lead user research sessions and analyze user needs.
• Advocate for user needs with Product and Engineering teams.
• Align long-term strategy, business goals, and experience quality.
• Add to the Tide Design System and Design Principles.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in UX or Product Design.
• A relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• In-depth knowledge of User Experience and Product Design methodologies.
• Experience with user testing, research, and iterative product discovery.
• Excellent knowledge of Figma.
• Experience in designing and launching products in fast-growing companies.
• Experience in an agile environment.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting plans.
• Data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools.
