• Serve as the primary tax subject matter expert in customer-facing communications during enterprise sales cycles.
• Build credibility and trust with customers' tax teams.
• Support sales & activation teams with detailed tax compliance capabilities.
• Partner with Account Executives to develop tax-centric value propositions.
• Train teams on tax concepts and regulatory updates.
• Engage with prospects and customers to explain tax technical specifications.
• Streamline onboarding processes for customers.
• Support product development and tax research.
• Stay current on legislative changes affecting tax compliance.
• 5+ years of experience in sales tax or VAT roles required.
