As our Talent Lead, you'll build and lead the recruiting engine that will power our next phase of growth, partnering closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs and attract exceptional talent.

Requirements

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with 3+ years leading teams.
• Strong networks and knowledge of recruiting ecosystem trends.
• Experience scaling recruiting teams during rapid growth.
• Proven track record in hiring technical and non-technical talent.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
