The Talent Solutions Manager is a critical role within the Broader Studio HR team, focusing on creating a performance culture and driving talent initiatives aligned with the Studio’s business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR or talent management.
• Experience in developing large-scale HR initiatives.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data analytics for talent management.
• Experience in consulting and community sharing.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects across business units.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• BA/BS degree in HR, Business, or equivalent.
• Coaching certification preferred.
