Requirements

• Bac+3 degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, construction, rehabilitation, or maintenance.
• Proficiency in database applications (e.g., Access, Maximo).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple issues independently.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).
