The Planning Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, planning, and monitoring project activities to ensure deadlines are met. They collaborate with various departments to ensure proper task organization and resource utilization.

Requirements

  • Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering or Logistics.
  • Recent graduate from school.
  • Good communication skills in French and English.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Communication: Excellent teamwork and clear information sharing.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to identify obstacles and propose solutions to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in planning tools: Competence in using project management software such as MS Project, SAP, or other specific tools.
  • Adaptability: Responsive to unforeseen events and able to adjust schedules accordingly.
