Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in an OEM or Tier-1 automotive environment preferred.
• Proven experience in interior lighting design.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow established workflows.
• Familiarity with VW Group processes preferred.
• Experience with CONNECT (VW Group PLM tool) is a plus.
