Implementation Data Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a Data Analyst at Multiverse, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decisions across the organisation. Leveraging your skills, you will not only build and maintain business critical reporting capabilities, you’ll play an important role in improving our ability to self-serve analysis to multiple stakeholders.

In Short

• Act as a partner within the Fulfilment Operations team to understand data requirements and build tools and resources that help our team work smarter.
• Extract, clean and prepare large and complex datasets from various sources for analysis.
• Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and maintain robust data models and reporting dashboards using tools such as G-sheets, Metabase, Tableau and Salesforce.
• Communicate complex data findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
• Proactively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to data-driven strategies.
• Run internal enablement and provide support for team members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Excellent capability in G-sheets; SQL proficiency a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• A genuine curiosity about data and a passion for using it to drive positive change.
