Overview

The Data Migrations Specialist will support Bond-Pro's product suite by translating market demands and clients’ needs related to data flows and conversions.

• Support product suite by translating market demands.
• Gather, analyze & define requirements for data sources and fields.
• Address relevant problems and perform standard testing.
• Chaperone assigned features throughout data conversion projects.
• 5+ years of SQL skills required.
• Experience in US commercial insurance or financial services.
• Demonstrable experience with enterprise-level data conversion projects.
• Excellent customer interface skills are essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools is a plus.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrable SQL skills.
• Experience working in IT groups within US commercial insurance or financial services industries.
• Demonstrable experience with enterprise-level data conversion/implementation projects.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or other customer-facing position.
• Excellent customer interface skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool to manage requirements in Scrum hybrid process.
