In Short

  • Responsible for performing software implementations for Member/Customers.
  • Manage implementation projects and provide application support.
  • Validate the accuracy of converted data.
  • Train personnel on application usage.
  • Answer questions regarding the Customer Care and Billing (CCB) product.
  • Work in a hybrid schedule with required office days.
  • Assist in coordinating software implementation project plans.
  • Prepare Change Requests and follow up through resolution.
  • Perform after hours call support as assigned.
  • Commitment to NISC’s Statement of Shared Values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of business-related software applications.
  • Basic knowledge of the Utility or Telecom industries.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the year.
  • Excellent telephone/email etiquette.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic level ability to demonstrate initiative and accountability.
